Welcome to Brigade Protection Security Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including security manpower, housekeeping, event facilities, and other professional services listed on our website (www.bpsecurityindia.com) and offered to clients. By availing or engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
Please read this document carefully before entering into any agreement with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with availing our services.
1. General Scope of Services
We provide manpower and professional services, including but not limited to: Security Guards, Armed Security (Gun Man), Supervisors, Bouncers, Personal Security Officers (PSO), Housekeeping Staff, Gardeners, Valet Drivers, Fire Safety Personnel, and Event Facility Manpower. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
2. Engagement and Service Agreement
Clients must sign a written agreement or provide written confirmation before services commence. The scope of services, duty hours, number of staff, charges, and other specifications will be clearly mentioned in the agreement. Services are provided strictly for the agreed premises and purpose. Any changes must be communicated and approved in writing.
3. Service Charges and Payments
All fees and service charges shall be as per the quotation or contract agreed between the Company and the Client. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice or agreement. Late payments may attract penalties, interest, or suspension of services until dues are cleared. Taxes, levies, or government charges applicable shall be borne by the Client.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth execution of services, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information about premises, risks, and requirements.
Ensure a safe working environment for our staff.
Supply necessary resources such as washrooms, drinking water, or basic facilities for deployed personnel.
Not assign or misuse our services for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
Report any concerns or complaints about staff performance directly to the Company, not to individual staff members.
5. Company Responsibilities
We commit to:
Deploy trained, verified, and professional staff as per the agreed terms.
Maintain background checks, identity verification, and training records for all staff.
Provide replacement staff in case of absenteeism, emergencies, or dissatisfaction (subject to terms of agreement).
Follow all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance norms.
6. Confidentiality
Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of services. Staff deployed shall not disclose any personal, business, or security-related information obtained during duty. Any breach of confidentiality will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action.
7. Liability and Limitations
While we ensure professional conduct, the Company shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, riots, strikes, etc.), acts of negligence, fraud, or misconduct by the Client or third parties, or damages caused by misuse of services not in line with the agreement. Our liability, if proven, will be limited to the total service fee paid for the specific service in question.
8. Code of Conduct for Deployed Staff
All staff deployed by the Company are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and integrity. Any misconduct, absenteeism, or violation by staff should be immediately reported to the Company. Clients are not authorized to directly hire or employ deployed staff without written consent from the Company.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per the agreed period (usually 30 days). The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time, services are misused for illegal purposes, or the Client fails to comply with agreed responsibilities. Upon termination, outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
10. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising due to misuse of services, false information provided by the Client, or accidents, incidents, or disputes at Client premises not directly caused by Company negligence.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure of services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (flood, earthquake, fire, etc.), war, terrorism, or civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, or labor unrest, or government restrictions or regulatory changes.
12. Compliance with Law
Both parties must comply with applicable labor laws, taxation policies, and government regulations. Any violation of law by the Client using our services will result in immediate termination.

We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties shall attempt to resolve matters amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
15. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication on our website or communication to Clients.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By availing our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
